Agreement
By accessing Nirune you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
We provide software to help digital-service sellers qualify opportunities and draft outreach with human approval. Features evolve; early access may be incomplete. We are not your ESP, CRM, or legal counsel.
Accounts & organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for member actions within the workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful spam, harassment, fraud, scraping that violates law or third-party terms, attempts to bypass quotas/security, or to upload data you do not have rights to process. We may suspend accounts that create deliverability or legal risk.
Customer content
You retain rights to your lists and drafts. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the product (including subprocessors). AI outputs may be inaccurate—you must review before sending.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue arising from use of the service.
