Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Nirune (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our websites and application. It is written for MVP launch readiness and will be reviewed by counsel before paid public launch.
Information we collect
Account data (email, authentication identifiers), organization membership, customer-uploaded business lists (CSV), campaign and outreach content you create, usage events needed for quotas, and technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
How we use information
To provide the service (campaigns, scoring, drafting, review, sending via ESP), secure accounts, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and communicate about the product. We do not sell personal information.
Customer lists & outreach
You control the leads you upload. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of contact data in your jurisdiction (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable). Prefer customer-owned CSVs; do not use the product to process illegally obtained data.
Processors
We use subprocessors such as hosting, database/auth, model providers, email delivery, monitoring, and (when enabled) billing. A current list is summarized on the Security page and maintained as we ship.
Retention & deletion
We retain account and workspace data while your organization is active. You may request deletion of your account/organization data subject to legal retention needs. Logs are retained for a limited operational window.
